1. Introduction

By accessing or using Autosubbed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. Your continued use of Autosubbed constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Autosubbed is a SaaS platform that uses AI (OpenAI Whisper) and video processing (FFmpeg) to generate and burn subtitles into uploaded videos. The service is available on a trial basis and through paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use Autosubbed. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Autosubbed offers the following plans:

• Trial: Process one free video (maximum 2 minutes). Downloading the processed output requires an active paid subscription.
• Pro plans: Available on monthly or annual billing cycles, granting access to larger upload limits and download capabilities.

Billing is handled by Creem.io. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Autosubbed to:

• Upload or process illegal content of any kind.
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Abuse or overload the processing pipeline in ways that degrade service for other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. File Storage and Deletion

Input video files are deleted from our storage immediately after processing is complete. Output files (with burned subtitles) are made available for download for 7 days, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. Autosubbed does not provide long-term storage for any uploaded or processed files.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all videos you upload to Autosubbed. By uploading content, you grant Autosubbed a limited, temporary licence solely to process your files and return the result to you. Autosubbed claims no rights to your uploaded content.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Autosubbed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated transcriptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autosubbed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

Autosubbed may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
